Pat Ward Joins SFL

We would like to welcome Pat Ward to SFL. As of March 2020, Pat has been our new Operations Manager bringing on board a wealth of experience to the company that will help us prepare for the future.

Pat Ward stated:

“My new role at SFL is operations manager. My goal is to improve manufacturing operations in areas of quality cost and delivery. I want to build a team that is completely focussed on improving customer service, both internally and externally. To achieve this, we need a TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) that is fully focussed on a Lean Enterprise creating value for the customer with minimal waste and processes.”

Pat has played an instrumental part in the overhaul and success of operations at our sister company Powrmatic, and now will be aiming to replicate his success with SFL.
