New Appointment Announcement – Ben Canning joins SFL as Customer Services Manager.

We are delighted to welcome Ben Canning to SFL as our new Customer Service Manager, based at our Barnstaple headquarters.

Ben brings with him over a decade of leadership experience in customer service and operations management, having most recently served as General Manager at DX Group, and previously as Service Centre Manager at Yodel. His extensive background in logistics and customer-focused service delivery makes him a fantastic addition to the SFL team.

Ben holds a Level 5 Diploma in Management from the Chartered Management Institute and a bachelor’s degree in social policy from the University of Lincoln. His proven ability to lead teams, enhance service performance, and drive operational improvements aligns perfectly with our goals as we continue to grow and innovate.
