JRF Visit

Here at SFL we pride ourselves on our customer interaction, 2-way communication is integral to our continuous development programme and customer feedback is a priority when researching and developing new ventures.

We invited David and Louis our friends at JRF Chimneys to visit us from Glenrothes, Fife to see how we operate and discuss future development. They spent a few days here sampling the Devon hospitality and countryside, we hope they enjoyed their stay!

JRF are one of our longest standing and most loyal customers, having been established in 1983 as a family run business and are now in their 3rd generation. They continue to provide, design and install SFL chimney products to their domestic and commercial client base throughout the UK. JRF are Scotland’s largest independent stockist of SFL flue and chimney products, and their activity covers all aspects of the chimney market.

Feedback from loyal customers like David and Louis goes far in our product development strategy, they know exactly what is working in the current UK market, having many years experience and seeing first hand the changes being made in this fast paced & dynamic market.

We hope our business relationship will continue to go from strength to strength as it has done for many years.
