CE Mark to Remain for Construction Products – What This Means for Flues and Chimneys

Following a recent government announcement, manufacturers in the UK can continue using the CE mark for construction products placed on the UK market indefinitely. This decision provides long-term clarity for businesses operating in both domestic and European markets, and it has specific relevance for the flue and chimney sector.

While the UKCA mark remains a valid option, manufacturers are no longer under pressure to transition away from CE marking within a fixed deadline.
