SFL extends Product Warranty

With over 50 years of experience producing prefabricated chimney products and a proven track record for reliability in the field, you’ll need no reassurance that the SFL range of products are manufactured to the highest quality. All SFL products are designed to offer many years of service and as such are covered against manufacturing defects that may arise over the product warranty period.

A recent analysis undertaken by SFL investigated warranty claims relating to manufacturing defects over a specific period when measured against volume. The results have demonstrated clearly the quality and longevity of our products in the field.

In light of this, we have extended the duration of our manufacturing defects warranty on both NOVA and Sflue brands by an additional 5 years.

Our bestselling NOVA is a prefabricated, factory made twin-wall insulated stainless steel chimney system. It’s one of the most versatile chimney systems on the market, offering a single solution for virtually all of today’s combustion requirements. NOVA is a true multi-fuel/multi-application product and is the product of choice – whether being used to serve a solid fuel stove, vent the latest high efficiency condensing appliances or Biomass wood chip / pellet stove. It carries a 2-hour fire rating and now offers a market leading 20 Year Warranty.

Sflue is a high quality chimney with a fine pedigree at an attractive price. It’s been designed as an entry-level chimney system specifically for wood-burning and multi-fuel stoves. Sflue is available in four internal diameters from 127mm (5”) to 203mm (8”) and features a multi-barb, twist lock coupling system for ease of installation and high mechanical strength. The range of components is specific to stove installation, complete with an aesthetically pleasing straight adaptor for direct mounting. Each component is supplied with locking bands as standard. Sflue is CE marked, HETAS listed and is now supported by a 15 Year Warranty.
