North Devon Manufacturers Association has released an informative booklet to enhance the profile of careers in North Devon.
The main feature of the work is a number of real life case studies profiling people who have settled into skilled positions in North Devon. Philip joined SFL as an R&D apprentice and has since completed an engineering degree with the company, making him an excellent example to debunk the myth that North Devon is in any way a career cul-de-sac. Philip also features on the front cover of the careers booklet.
Production operator Richard Overton & Marketing Coordinator, Benjamin Gibbs also feature in photographs.
Visit the NDMA website to see the full careers booklet and other great initiatives run by the group.
